Iran: Suppressive Forces Prevent People’s Gathering in Pasargad to Commemorate Cyrus the Great

Iran: Suppressive Forces Prevent People’s Gathering in Pasargad to Commemorate Cyrus the Great

Despite Suppressive Measures, Throngs of People From Many Cities Across Iran Flock to Pasargad to Commemorate Cyrus the Great

On Monday, October 29, throngs of people from various Iranian cities flocked to Pasargad to commemorate Cyrus the Great. This was despite suppressive measures by the mullahs’ regime that has been trying to prevent people’s gathering fearing protests. On Sunday evening and Monday morning, there was heavy traffic on the roads leading to Pasargad, in Fars Province, according to a Statement by the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).
In addition to the police and secret police, the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) were also on alert in Fars Province and nearby cities.
Roads leading to Pasargad were blockaded from Sunday afternoon, and suppressive forces cordoned off streets, arrested numerous young people who were traveling toward Pasargad and impounded many vehicles in addition to turning back a number of vehicles that had come from other provinces. Some people moved toward Pasargad by foot via detours and mountain paths.
The NCRI’s report states that the IRGC has been announcing for two weeks prior to the Cyrus the Great Day that they would be conducting drills in Zarqan (Fars Province) during October 27-30 in an effort to prevent any gathering. They also informed hospitals in the region, including in Pasargad, to be prepared to receive people with injuries.

Iran: Railway Workers’ Strikes Continued On Third Day

Iran: Railway Workers’ Strikes Continued On the Third Day

Iran’s society is now witnessing yet another group of workers launching a strike. On Saturday, a number of official outlets and social media networks indicated several groups of railways workers going on strike that has continued to this day. The state-run ILNA news agency, along with other outlets, were also posting reports in this regard. These rail workers are responsible for keeping the country’s rail network up and running 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
As this strike successfully began, it is the latest series of strikes in the third round of protests launched by Iran’s rail workers in the past six months. It is worth noting that the rail workers also launched a number of local strikes in between the periods when the entire country was experiencing strikes.
The protesting rail workers are demanding payment of wage arrears and delayed paychecks, in some cases postponed for three to four months. Cities across numerous provinces, including Khorasan, Azerbaijan, Lorestan, Isfahan, Zanjan, Eslamshahr, Karaj, Shahroud, Semnan, Damghan, Gorgan, Varamin, Arak, Urmia (Orumiyeh), Andimeshk, Zahedan and the town of Diezel near Tehran were home to such protests.
On September 29, rail workers in Shahroud staged a protest demanding their delayed paychecks. On October 6, rail workers in Khorasan Province went on strike once again, marching towards the mayor’s and governor’s office while protesting their delayed paychecks.
Officials have repeatedly promised that they would address and meet workers’ demands. This has become nothing but hollow promises. These workers have not received their wages for the past few months or any pensions during the past six years as well. Only 22 rail workers in Tabriz have been able to receive their pensions.
All the while, as inflation is skyrocketing and necessities are becoming more expensive with each passing day, the workers are being deprived of even their very low incomes.
These workers, numbering at around 6,500, are saying they are very steadfast and serious on this new round of protests. This is yet another example of people from all walks of life protesting in cities across Iran.

Iran: Flogging & Prison Sentence For 15 Workers For Taking Part In Peaceful Protests

Iran: Flogging & Prison Sentence For 15 Workers For Taking Part In Peaceful Protests

Iran: 15 Protesters Sentenced to Flogging and Prison
The Iranian Regime has sentenced 15 workers at the Heavy Equipment Production Company (HEPCO) to prison and flogging for taking part in peaceful protests to demand their unpaid wages and learn the fate of the company in May.
Each HEPCO worker was sentenced to one to two years in prison and 74 lashes by the 106th Branch of the Arak Penal Court for “disrupting public order” and “instigating workers via the internet to demonstrate and riot”, according to the state-run ILNA News Agency.
The 15 workers have been identified by human rights groups as Majid Latifi, Behrouz Hasanvand, Hamidreza Ahmadi, Amir Houshang Pour Farzanegan, Morteza Azizi, Hadi Fazeli, Abolfazl Karimi, Farid Kodani, Majid Yahyaie, Amir Fatahpour, Yaser Gholi, Amir Farid Afshar, Mehdi Abedi, Ali Maleki, and Behrouz Valashajardi.
Labor rights activists say that the plight of workers began after HEPCO, a company that makes road construction equipment, was privatized last year.
Iran’s Free Trade Union reported via Telegram: “8,000 workers used to work at the HEPCO industrial complex before its privatization. Now, only 1,000 of them are left.”
Labour rights in Iran
Workers in Iran who choose to hold protests and strikes, for whatever reason, are in severe danger of persecution, as Iran’s Labour Code doesn’t grant citizens the right to form independent unions, even though Iran has ratified the UN’s International Convention on Civil and Political Rights and is a member of the International Labor Organization.
Amnesty International reports: “Independent unions in Iran are banned, workers have few legal rights or protections, and union activists are regularly beaten, arrested, jailed and tortured.”
Earlier this month, a court in Qazvin Province called for 17 striking truck drivers to face the death penalty, something strongly condemned by five major labor unions, including the International Transport Federation (ITF). The ITF wrote a letter to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei to advise that they were “shocked” at the prospect of execution for the truckers.
The Iranian truckers’ strike over low pay and the high costs lasted more than 20 days. Over 250 truck drivers were detained and government officials threatened all of them with the death penalty.
Other recent strikes in Iran, include about 6,500 railway workers, who launched their third round of protests on Saturday to demand three months’ worth of delayed wages.
They released a statement that read: “We have not received our demands and pensions at a time when we are facing an increase in prices of ordinary goods on a daily basis and we literally lack the ability to provide for our basic needs.”

Iran Regime’s Failure to Circumvent U.S. Sanctions by Selling Oil to Private Buyers

Iran Regime’s Failure to Circumvent U.S. Sanctions by Selling Oil to Private Buyers

Earlier this year, U.S. President Donald Trump announced that the United States would be exiting the 2015 nuclear deal. He explained that the nuclear threat still existed despite the nuclear agreement and said he believed it would even be guaranteed a nuclear arms race in the region.
The U.S. State Department said that it expects all foreign countries to reduce their imports of Iranian oil to zero by November.
President Trump’s administration has been cracking down on the Iranian regime, applying maximum economic pressure to cut it off from the funds that it uses to spread terrorism across the region and beyond.
The Iranian regime has tried to counter the U.S. sanctions on its oil trade. It offered one million barrels of oil at a base price of just $79.16 per barrel to private buyers on Iran’s energy index IRENEX. Iran eventually dropped the offer to $74.85 per barrel for 280,000 of the one million barrels that were on offer.
The identity of the buyer is unknown and the only details given was that it was a group of private companies that made the offer via several brokerages.
The complete failure on Iran’s behalf was a desperate attempt to circumvent the oil sanctions that President Trump renewed. These particular sanctions are to take effect on November 4th and there is no doubt that the Iranian regime will suffer from the consequences.
Earlier this year, the Iran regime’s vice president Eshaq Jahangiri suggested that selling oil on the energy exchange once a week would be a good tactic to counteract the United States’ efforts to end Iran’s oil exports. The Iranian regime believes that selling its oil to private buyers would make it more difficult for the United States to monitor Iran’s sales of oil, and therefore prevents the United States from stopping sales.
The Iranian regime believes that it can pull back from the extreme economic pressure that it is being put under, but it is very clear for everyone to see that it is not possible. The economy is already in a state of disaster and the Rial – the country’s national currency – has been losing more and more value.
The people of Iran are the ones that are suffering the most because of the regime’s mismanagement and corruption and they are the ones that are left to deal with the consequences. Their savings are worth less and less and they are having to pay more and more for the most basic of commodities.
It is no wonder that the people have been demonstrating and protesting since the end of last year. They are loud and clear in their calls for regime change and it is certain that the regime will collapse soon.
Instead of concentrating on improving the country’s economy and making the situation better, the Iranian regime is burying its head in the sand and concentrating on what is irrelevant. For example, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has unveiled a ridiculous and laughable plan for Iran to be a world leader in science, technology, and innovation by 2065!

Re-Imposing Sanctions Against Iran’s Regime Is An Undeniable Necessity

Re-Imposing Sanctions Against Iran’s Regime Is An Undeniable Necessity

Re-imposing sanctions
By JCPOA, the United States and the European Union hoped to encourage the regime to change its behavior and cooperate with the international community.
For decades, the western policymakers pursued to keep a tight rein on the destructive behavior of the Iranian regime through appeasement policy. In this regard, they inked an accord called JCPOA, which was supposed to be a comprehensive accord; in accordance with its name, to persuade the regime to put an end to employing its malign activities in the region and across the world. But instead, we witness how the regime hoodwinked its international counterparts. Likewise, the mullahs not only continue their malign activities but also increase and intensify them. In such circumstances, we need to the turnabout in the past failed policies and adopt a firm policy such as re-imposing sanctions, as well as supporting what the Iranian people ask for. This would be a responsible policy for global peace and security.

What is the reason for re-imposing sanctions?

By JCPOA, the United States and the European Union hoped to encourage the regime to change its behavior and cooperate with the international community.
But “there is no difference between regime change and changing behavior” as Khamenei admitted on May 10, 2018. The regime also has not stopped sponsoring terrorism, testing and launching ballistic missiles, and even threatening the world to resume its nuclear projects.
It is notable that the regime has only spent the unfrozen money; related to the lifted sanctions, for its malicious intentions and improving its suppressive apparatus to crackdown the Iranians’ struggle for freedom and justice.
Therefore, re-imposing sanctions not only is not against the benefit of the Iranian people but also will help them to achieve their bliss and prosperity, which they have been deprived of for so long.

Will re-imposing sanctions restrain the regime?

Of course, re-imposing sanctions are never able to keep a tight rein on the regime’s malign activities, because exporting terrorism and warmongering is its nature. So, since the regime cannot change its behavior, it should be changed in its entirety. This is what the Iranian people ask for, as at recent months there has not been a day without uprising and strike across the country.
It is significantly important that no one expects the West to change the Iranian, this is upon the Iranian people and their resistance.
As Mr. Torricelli, mentioned it on Oct.4, 2018, in a conference in Brussels, The people of Iran demand the west to recognize their wish for freedom and justice; the values that the west is too proud of. And they hope that the west would adopt a strong policy to stand with the people of Iran and not to let their assets be spent for warmongering, terrorism, bomb-making and of course for suppression.
This policy should include re-imposing sanctions at the first stage. Re-imposing sanctions should target the regime’s ability for suppression, which is summarized in IRGC. Re-imposing sanctions should debilitate regime’s apparatus of suppression, to help the Iranian people and their organized resistance led by Mrs. Maryam Rajavi to restrain the threats of this nefarious regime, and that is only possible by putting an end to it.

Juvenile Execution Record: The 40-Year Achievement Of The Mullahs’ Ruling

Juvenile Execution Record: The 40-Year Achievement Of The Mullahs’ Ruling

juvenile execution
Juvenile execution record: The 40-year achievement of the Mullahs’ ruling
It is cruel and inhuman to apply the death penalty even to adults let alone to those convicted of crimes committed under the age of 18.
Moreover because of children’s immaturity, vulnerability, impulsiveness, and capacity for rehabilitation they should never face the execution, no matter how severe the crime of which they have been convicted of.
Instead of that, the principle of maximizing the Juvenile offenders’ potential to be able to reintegrate into the society should be enforced by the law.
Killing Juvenile during the Iran-Iraq War
During the war, promising them that their sins will be forgiven, hundreds of thousands of juveniles were sent the battlefield with a plastic “key to paradise” hung around their necks, using them as cannon fodder and as human minesweepers.
Juvenile prisoners’ condition in Iran the condition of juvenile prisoners in Iran
Before being sent to the gallows, these Juveniles are subjected to abuse and torture including being denied proper medical treatment, being denied of any furlough and their families become the subjects of harassment.
But the worst is the psychological torture they undergo.
Anywhere in the world, one’s birthday is a day for joy and celebration, but for juvenile prisoners in Iran, their birthday is nothing but a nightmare because with each added candle they get one step closer to the gallows.
Iran represents the top state-executioner of juvenile offenders in the world.
“I am sad to say that Iran violates this absolute prohibition under international human rights law far more often than any other state,” the former human rights commissioner, Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein, wrote. “No other state comes even remotely close to the total number of juveniles who have been executed in Iran over the past couple of decades.

On Wednesday, February 7, 2018, Human Rights Watch (HRW) declared that At least three minors were executed by hanging in Iran  since the beginning of the year:
  • 18-year-old Amirhossein Pourjafa was hanged on January 4, in Karaj. He was 16 at the time of his arrest.
  • On January 30, 20-year-old Mahboubeh Mofidi from Nowshahr – married at 13, was executed for allegedly killing her husband at the age of 17.
  • In Bushehr, south of Iran Ali Kazemi was hanged on January 30, he was 15 at the time of his arrest.

Taking a stance against these executions, Amnesty International declared: Amnesty International has opposed the death penalty in all cases without exception regardless of the nature of the crime, the characteristics of the offender, or the method used by the state to kill the prisoner.
Conclusion
There is no doubt that juvenile execution in Iran is illegal. Iran is one of the last countries on earth that continues to issue death sentences for juveniles.
The conscience of humanity has to wake up and take action. Like many other juveniles, these juvenile offenders are also waiting to turn 18, the age of adulthood, freedom, and maturity. However, for them, it is a bitter waiting, more bitter maturity, which brings with it the sense of death. They wait in prison to grow older and reach the age of 18, at which they are sent to the gallows.
As Clarisa Bencomo, a researcher on children’s rights for the Middle East has stated: “Killing people for crimes committed as children, provides neither justice nor safety for Iranian society” (HRW, 2008).
Last but not least, we demand a worldwide attempt via all human rights organizations and advocates to impel the mullahs’ regime to bring an end to executions in Iran.
This is a demand that the Iranian resistance has been trying to accomplish achieve for many years and Mrs. Maryam Rajavi has mentioned it in her plan for a free Iran.

I can assure you that our goal is to make sure that the exchange of financial sanctions is not carried out through SWIFT or any other mechanism," Mnuchin said. "Our focus is to make sure Sanctions apply ".

Never, I insist, this regime will never adhere to international conventions, It can only be done at one extremity, it is completely drowning.

my article first published in The Herald Report
The government newspaper Arman dated October 23, wrote in an article about the effects of sanctions that the United States had imposed a number of sanctions on the Iranian regime before its nuclear program was set up. After a deal was reached, during the Obama era, the United Nations and US sanctions stopped. but when Trump became the president of the United States, he threatened to withdraw from the agreement. and finally, sanctions will be restored. In addition, the United States will impose new sanctions on the Iranian regime.
The newspaper "Arman" continues: "If we can not export oil, we will not get it, and as a result, there is no currency to supply the necessary materials." It should be acknowledged that the previous sanctions were not very severe. so the US plans to extend these sanctions. That is, the old sanctions will be imposed on us, in addition to the new sanctions that will be imposed. It should also be acknowledged that in politics, advertising and psychological aspects are very important, and while there is still no sanctions on oil and gas, but all people are aware of the sanctions in November, they will have a psychological effect. The advertising aspect is very important.

Secretary of State Treasury Steven Mnuchin said the states would be harder to get Iran's oil sanctions exemptions than the Obama administration, and reiterated concerns about rising oil prices, saying the market is short of money, according to Reuters, Oct. 21. considered.

Our focus is on sanctions being applied

At the start of his Middle Eastern travel, Mnuchin said that countries that want exemptions from the sanctions to buy oil from the Iranian regime should reduce more than 20 percent of their oil imports, which would be prior to 2013 to 2015 to take exemptions...

The Treasury Secretary said, "I expect that if we grant exemptions, the reductions will increase dramatically."

"I can assure you that our goal is to make sure that the exchange of financial sanctions is not carried out through SWIFT or any other mechanism," Mnuchin said. "Our focus is to make sure Sanctions apply ".

To this day, the Iranian regime's oil exports have been dramatic

secretary Mnuchin refused to mention details of US talks with Swift executives...

According to estimates, Iran's oil exports may drop by two thirds and push oil markets under sanctions.

42% decline in European tourists to Iran due to sanctions and diplomatic challenges

Regarding the consequences of sanctions imposed by the Iranian regime, the ISNA news agency wrote to the so-called head of the "Tourists Society", Ibrahim Pourfräjer: "In the second half of the year, although the cost of travel to Iran has halved, the number of European and American tourists" due to Threats and sanctions "has fallen 42 percent.

Due to currency fluctuations, domestic agencies have reduced their travel to Iran by about 56%

This situation is as far as Iran with 22 cultural/historical centers registered in the UNESCO World Heritage List,

"US sanctions on the Iranian automobile sector, the gold and other trades of gold and other key metals and their foreign exchange trade were implemented on August 7," the US State Department said on its Internet site, "American Lion."
From midnight on November 4, Iranian oil purchases should be stopped, or Iranian oil buyers will be banned from trading with the United States.
With this deadlock, the message from the US government cannot be further elucidated.
As the Donald Trump said, "the United States is pursuing additional sanctions much harder than before to counteract all the vicious practices of the Iranian regime," said the news agency affiliated with the US Department of State's "International Bureau of Information Programs." Any person or entity that does not comply with these sanctions will face severe consequences. "

The second round of US sanctions against Iran / Brian Hook trip to Europe and India

On October 11, 2018, the US State Department site wrote that Brian Hook, the Special Representative for Iran, traveled to India and Europe from October 10 to 17 for further discussions on US foreign policy towards Iran.

Who is Brian Hooke?

Brian H. Hook, a US lawyer, and politician have been appointed as director of the Iran Action Group since July 2017 as political planning and policy adviser to Mike Pompeo, US Secretary of State. His responsibility was to fully review and coordinate the actions of the Iranian regime in the US Department of State. He is working directly with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

He is also responsible for coordinating the new US policy toward the Iranian regime with other US government agencies.

His other duties include working with the international community to change the regime's behavior in Iran.

He said the goal of the maximum economic pressure on the Iranian regime is to cut off its financial resources so that it can not afford to finance the financing of terrorism and its missile programs.

Brian Hooke in the Bush administration has been the assistant secretary of state for international affairs and in the government of Trump, director of the State Department's Policy Office and a special assistant to the president of politics.
Image result for Brian Hook

Brian Hook, the spokeswoman for the United States Department of State on Iran's affairs, spoke with a United States spokeswoman Niki Haley at a United Nations-sponsored "Defense for Democracy" summit on August 28th. At the meeting, he tried to explain the policy of the Trump government to change in Iran.

Among the issues that Brian Hooke mentioned at the meeting was the discussion of social freedoms in Iran, poverty, youth unemployment and the deception of the ruling regime in Iran. He said:

The compulsory veil and patrols of Guidance are a bunch of crumbs representing the "suppressive nature of the Iranian regime."

The repression of ethnic and religious minorities has been institutionalized in Iran.

One-third of the Iranian people are plunged into poverty due to "economic mismanagement."

Unemployment has left one-third of the Iranian youth.

This produces a disillusionment not unlike what occurred in the Soviet Union in the 1970s and 80s: Communism lost its appeal because of regime hypocrisy. Members of the Soviet elite were smuggling in Walkmen and televisions from the West. How do you think Iranians feel when they see government parking lots full of BMWs and Range Rovers while they can barely make ends meet?
Internationally, while I don’t have time to detail all the destruction and instability the regime has sowed over the past four decades, we can see the effects of the Revolutionary mindset around the Middle East – and even the world.

On 18 October, Algemeiner wrote about a statement by 30 former government officials and prominent American experts on the financial sanctions of the clerical regime in using SWIFT: "They urged the Trump government to fully apply US sanctions against banks that have been locked in the international financial system of the Iranian regime. It benefits. " Before the JCPOA was implemented, the Iranian regime was barred from accessing SWIFT.

Steven Mnuchin said the US Treasury Department is negotiating with the Swift Financial Messaging Service to cut off the Iranian regime from the network (the Swift Financial Messaging Service, which operates across the globe for most of the world's financial transactions, is based in Belgium).

Washington has pushed Swift to shut down the Iranian regime, as it did in the year 2012 and before the JPOCA's nuclear deal.

Although the US does not have a majority in Swift's board of directors, the Trump government can impose sanctions on Swift unless it deploys the Iranian regime from this financial messaging network.

Among the signatories were Senator Joe Lieberman, former secretary of Justice Michael Mukasey, US Special Representative for Nonproliferation Robert J. Joseph, former National Security Advisor Elliot Abrams, former national security advisers Richard Allen and Robert McFarlane, Rebeccah L Heinrichs Senior from the Hudson Institute.

In a statement, 30 former US officials said in their statement: "A campaign that does not exert maximum pressure on the Iranian regime offers accessible opportunities to circumvent the sanctions as easily as possible and can not be considered as the maximum pressure. Our minimal expectation is to resume the sanctions that were in place before the nuclear deal was in place, which includes disconnecting the Central Bank of Iran and the financial institutions listed in the regime from Swift "

The Wall Street Journal October 16 wrote about new sanctions against the regime, "Washington's latest move prepares for the next phase of crippling economic sanctions. and a warning to companies and governments that continue to deal with (the regime) of Iran ...

What stage will the sanctions against the Iranian regime be?

The second round of US economic sanctions against the Iranian regime in the 13th of November will target the following areas:

  1. Activities related to Iran's ports, parts related to shipping and shipping
  2. Buying and selling oil, petroleum products, and petrochemical products from Iran;
  3. Any exchange of funds with the central bank of the regime and its other financial institutions through foreign financial institutions;
  4. The energy sector of the Iranian regime;
  5. Insurance and reinsurance services for the Iranian regime's exchanges.

The sanctions announced on Tuesday, October 16th (Basij), which were condemned by human rights groups and linked by many Western governments, including the European Union, to financial institutions and corporations that trade in Europe and around the world They are laughing

The goal of this action ... in addition to increasing political pressure on European countries and other countries, is also a warning before the full implementation of the sanctions (against the Iranian regime) ...

"We will ensure that the sanctions, either through Swift or through other means, are put into place ... If there are prohibited transactions that are carried out through Swift or any other entity, the guarantee is guaranteed," said a senior US official. We make the relevant sanctions apply with power. "

The second round of sanctions by the Iranian regime will include the suspension of access to SWIFT

The second round of US sanctions against the Iranian regime will include sanctions on the central bank of the regime.
This would also include interrupting Iran's access to Swift or the international community of interbank financial services.

As the deadline for the second round of sanctions has come to an end, the value of the Iranian rial has fallen sharply against international currencies.

Marshall Billingsley

Marshall Billingsley, Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Department of the United States, said the sanctions against the Iranian regime would be more decisive and more comprehensive than the previous sanctions, stating that new sanctions would be different.
This is also due to our concern about the danger of the Iranian regime's position in creating a new crisis in the Middle East. What happens if one of these missiles targets Riyadh? or if the Iranian-backed militants do wrong actions in Syria? In the dangerous situation that Iran is creating.
So, we think that sanctions are the best way to put an end to these issues. for this reason, we will be much more active than before.

It is necessary to cut the banks of Iran from SWIFT

While the Trump government is preparing to apply strict sanctions on nuclear bans against Iranian banks, part of this attempt by the Iranian regime to shut down the global financial messaging service faced by Europe and some by the Treasury.

The Weekly Standard October 11th

A report by Mark Doobowitz, funded by the Democracies Foundation, distributed amongst politicians on Thursday, October 11, resisted this resistance and argued that cutting off Iran from Swift, which is a vital service for overseas facilities. And is at the disposal of the standard Wikilem, which responded to the probable objection to Swift's cancellation.

The document states that the Iranian regime, without any control, will use any flood that it can use to continue providing terrorism.

The document also argues that the closure of Iranian banks from Swift is necessary for the current US sanctions regime against Iran. The suspension of Tehran from these services was the focal point of economic pressure against the country, leading to a 2015 nuclear deal. Iranian banks were re-connected in 2016

The necessity of maximum pressure on the Iranian regime

American senators wrote: The rapid implementation of the achievement and success of the government's maximum pressure strategy is vital both for the immediate discharging of the Iranian regime's resources for intervening behavior and as a sign of America's commitment to maintaining the integrity of the sanctions structure. The maximum government pressure campaign will not succeed until the Iranian regime is connected to Swift.

This action by US senators was a day after the statements of the German foreign minister calling for an independent financial system to continue the deal with the Iranian regime.

What is  SWIFT

Swift is a relatively large company based in Brussels. In the lake building in the south-east of the Belgian capital.

Based on the picture presented by the authors of the Financial Times, Swift's main job is the global financial circle of oil money.

In fact, what was happening before the formation of Swift through financial telexes, and actually between days and days of sending telexes was a matter of days, is now swift in the light of Swift's activity.

SWIFT is the "international community of interbank financial communications". Large institutions that facilitate financial trading through bridge bridges.

SWIFT currently accounts for around 11,000 banks and financial institutions in 209 countries, and about 6 billion fiscal reports are exchanged annually by SWIFT.

Will swift neutrality affect sanctions?

When Swift announced its existence in May 1973, it had a distinct feature, and it avoided political conflicts between countries. An institute set up with the help of several countries with the aim of expediting monetary and financial transfers for trade exchanges around the world.

Swift officials have repeatedly stated that they do not want to be abused by Swift for political punishment and rewards.

Swift's neutrality was eradicated by the 2006 law of combating terrorist financing. The United States, after the September 11 terrorist attacks, called for more control over the transfer of money and funds globally. The United States also called for access to personal information of those who traded through Swift.

Although the US demand was met with the opposition of SWIFT officials and this request was assessed as a violation of EU law, the EU has inevitably agreed with the United States to set up a strategy for controlling and supervising financial and banking transactions.

Iran and SWIFT regime and its role in US sanctions

The regime of Iran after the end of the war with Iraq, in 1992, became a member of Swift. The Central Bank, followed by the National Bank, Sepah and Export, were among the other banks of the Iranian regime, which were connected to the world financial artifacts through Swift.

In 2012, under American pressure and sanctions imposed on Iran's nuclear program, the swift coup was cut off with the Iranian regime's banks, and the Iranian regime's banks were effectively expelled from the global financial network.

After the nuclear deal and after the implementation of the first requirements related to the Iranian regime's endeavors, the ban on services to the Iranian regime's banks in 2016 was canceled and the Iranian regime's banks' links with the financial arteries were re-established through Swift.

US Department of Treasury Assistant Secretary of State for Financial and Terrorism Sigal Mandler said US sanctions against the Iranian regime will be imposed on the regime.

Sigal P. Mandelker

Sigal Mandelker, who is on a Middle East trip with Steven Mnuchin, Treasury Secretary, said on the Globe website that the US government expects sanctions to reduce the purchase of foreign oil from the Iranian regime by a significant amount.

The massive impact of sanctions on Iran's dependence on oil revenues

Because of the Iranian economy's dependence on its oil revenues, the new sanctions will have a huge impact on that country, Mendelker said, adding that the effect of turmoil has been on the decline of the value of the rial in recent months.
Sigal Mendelker and the Department of Treasury's Financial and Terrorist Information Department are monitoring the actions and actions of US economic and financial sanctions against the Iranian regime.

The economic crisis leads people to revolt against the clerical regime / Confessions of Iranian economic expert

Kashan youth uprising - archive

Economic expert Hussein Raghefar warned that famine and insurgency are on the way. The economic crisis leads people to revolt against the clerical regime.
He said: those who live with subsidies have nothing else. We are heading for rebellion. This insurgency is caused by economic insecurity. A worker who has not paid his salary, how its resources will be provided and this will lead to rebellion. All these riots will take shape.

Raghefar added: There is another rebellion that is "escaping the brains," part of the rebellion against itself, like self-immolation. Another group falls on issues such as psychological damage, such as depression. This is rebellion. Another uprising is the growth of crimes and crimes.

So you can see the complicated situation inside Iran and regime haven't any  way to move or response

The symbol of this catastrophe is Raghefar, a famine and a variety of insurgents. He added to the increase in self-immolation and depression, as well as the steady growth of crimes and the escalation of insecurity, including economic insecurity, and finally, the runaway brain draws from examples of a general uprising: a worker who does not receive a salary is no more than a rebellion.

Raghefar said the inflation rate will reach 50 percent this month and will rise to 80-90 percent by the end of the year. This community is not sustainable in this situation.

Inevitable confessions to the time of the overthrow

These days, a significant part of government officials and the media of both gangs are alerting each other and warning the entire system. The "enemy", "distrust", "critical circumstances" and "status quo" are among the keywords of these alerts. What is the meaning of these warnings? Is the whole reality of the state of the regime expressed in these warnings, or are there any unspeakable words?

Meanwhile, expressing concern about the distrust of the people is the most general and, at the same time, the most dangerous warning that "members of this government" each other.

Alireza Beigi, a member of the Majlis reacted to a public and private session of the Majlis, saying Zarif said at the meeting that due to the time constraints, we had to accept the FATF, and we should minimize the cost of accepting the FATF, and today FATF costs are too high for the country. Has been.
He added that Zarif and his team refused to give a guarantee that the bank would facilitate the acceptance of the FATF, and the delegates also stated that something that was not fulfilled was not fulfilled in the event that you swore. now, as for the FATF, which you do not guarantee, its outcome is now clear.

The question is:
With all these issues, the pressures of sanctions, social pressures, the war and conflict between the ruling bands on Iran, the economic deterioration
Does this regime commit suicide before the start of the sanctions?
Because joining the FATF is the delivery of Qassem Suleimani and the Quds Force to the international police.
Similarly, Hezbollah and all proxy groups in the Middle East and especially Iraq, Syria and Yemen, and then work in the world
This is unlikely to come from a regime that continues to survive on the basis of internal and external repression of the crisis.

The regime is today abandoning the anniversary of its supposed US military strike in Beirut?
On Oct. 23, 1983, a news item shook the world; a suicide attack on the American and French Marines headquarters in Beirut killed 299 people.
The suicide bomber in the "Mullahs literature" became known as the "Marines" operation

A regime that is at the peak of the need for relations with Europe
When the United States leaves the nuclear deal and the sanctions are coming back, it plans to assassinate his opponents in France
Never, I insist, this regime will never adhere to international conventions, It can only be done at one extremity, it is completely drowning. This is possible only with the forces of the Iranian people and the insurgent centers, an organized resistance that has a leadership and platform, and has a body that achieves this and in the meantime, the Mullahs are frightened by their presence

The author's note

Not only the mullahs but all those who seek to abolish the suffering of the Iranian people are also afraid of this resistance.
People like Federica Moghirini, who is "the most shameful" of European status in appeasement to the mullahs, Those who only money and oil are important to them
Not the suffering and the pain of the people who are crushing under the dictatorship
If I meet one day with a morgue
On behalf of all women who have been acid sprayed in Iran
All children who worked for poverty and left education
On behalf of all the deprived and oppressed people of Iran, I will spit in her face for all the dirty work done with the mullahs.
