Iranian political prisoner marks 1988 massacre 1988 massacre of political prisoners in Iran Reported by PMOI/MEK Iran, July 30, 2019 -  Iranian political prisoner Mrs. Fatemeh (Houri) Ziaie sent a message on the anniversary of the  1988 massacre of 30,000 political prisoners  by the regime of Iran. Below are excerpts of her message, in which she commemorated the memory of those “freedom-lovers who said no to tyranny and kissed the noose.” There are some unforgettable chapters in history that will never be erased from our memories, such as the summer of 1988 when the blood of the most beloved and talented young people of our country was shed to strengthen an idea. Political Prisoner’s Open Letter About Iran’s 1988 Massacre Written by  Hamideh Taati  on  30 July 2019 . Iranian political prisoner Maryam Akbari Monfared has written an open letter on the 1988 anniversary of the massacre of political prisoners in Iran, criticising the West for their silence on the matter, noting that those responsible still hold positions of power in the Regime, and asserting that those two things are connected. This destroys the gem that exists in all human beings and distinguishes human beings from all other living creatures. Your concealing of this crime, remaining silent about it, and encouraging the masterminds and perpetrators of the massacre of Iran’s valiant children, have emboldened the religious fascism in suppression and warmongering.” Akbari Monfared, who is being h...

Our Mission: 'Freedom, Democracy and Human Rights for Iran' By Mrs. Maryam Rajavi  - Tuesday, July 9, 2019 Yes, we do not want anything more than freedom and human rights, which will of course also open the way for us toward development and justice. This will ensure peace and security in  Iran  and the Middle East; an Iran free of religious fascism, a non-nuclear  Iran  and an  Iran  without terrorism and belligerence. The religious dictatorship is a paper tiger when it comes to facing off with the Iranian Resistance. And its fate is no different from the fate of the Shah’s dictatorship. This is the verdict of history and the yearning of the people of  Iran . Our Pledge: ‘To resist and fight until victory’ Excerpts from the video message of Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of  Iran  at the March in Solidarity with the Uprising and the Iranian Resistance for Regime Ch...

He also referred to the fact that the IRGC Basij has launched patrols in people’s neighborhoods for seven or eight months now, setting up protection for checkpoints as the public appears to become sensitive about checkpoints. “We have begun a series of plans to upgrade the IRGC Bassij… we have not rounded up our patrols and we believe our patrols are more effective than checkpoints. More recently, these Bassij patrols have been dubbed as the Razavioun network,” he said to the regime’s media. Gheibparvar specifically said the main purpose of these patrols is “to provide security,” adding a plan dubbed the “Service & Security Epic” is being implement...
