The US Department of State’s Report on Iranian Regime Malign Activities; Camp Ashraf Massacre Written by  Shamsi Saadati  on  18 October 2019 . A new report by the US Department of State titled “ Iranian Regime Malign Activities During Negotiations with Iran and During JCPOA ” was published yesterday. The report lists the malign activities of the Iranian regime from 2011 to 2017.  “On September 1, 2013, an attack by Iranian proxies Kata’ib Hezbollah (KH) and Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq (AAH) on  Camp Ashraf  in Iraq, led to the deaths of 50 members of the  Mujahedeen-e Khalq, or MEK , “,  reads  the report. Iranian resistance units commemorate victims of Ashraf massacre Iran, September 1, 2019 –Members of " Resistance Units ," a network associated directly to the Iranian opposition group People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran ( PMOI/MEK ), installed large posters the Ashraf massacre victims in the mountains of Tehran. On September 1, 2013, at the behest of the Iranian regime, the forces of Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, attacked Camp Ashraf, where some 100 MEK members had remained to oversee the sale of the residents' property. During the attack, the assailants murdered 52 MEK members in cold blood while they were unarmed and defenseless. This crime against humanity drew wide condemnations across the world. The MEK martyrs, which stood true to their principles and their goal for a free Iran till their last breath, became a source of inspiration for the youth and freedom fighters in Iran.
