Since first making a commitment to combat false and misleading accounts, Facebook has conducted a series of sweeps resulting in thousands of accounts and pages being shut down. The same is true of other social media giants including Twitter and the Facebook-owned photo-sharing platform Instagram. As reports have emerged about these closures, more details have come to light about the origins of the relevant pages, as well as their methods and the trends involving hacking collectives and government agencies that run them. Although initial concerns about fraudulent social media use were focused on Russian state actors...

Trump Is Punished And Does Not Fight…Why?

Trump Is Punished And Does Not Fight…Why? Date of publication: September 21, 2019. Rajeh El Khoury - Lebanese writer:  No international investigation is needed to find out that Iran carried out the terrorist aggression against the Aramco facilities in Abqaiq and Khurais, whether cruise missiles and drones came directly from its territory, from its bases in the vicinity, and even from Yemen. According to the Houthis, in the end, in fact, they are Iranian hands or fingerprints. But the international investigation is necessary because this attack is not only against Saudi Arabia, not only the United States but almost the entire world because it targeted global oil supplies and threatened global economic stability. Days later, because confronting the escalation of Iranian escalation has become an international responsibility, and is no longer confined to the Kingdom, which is subjected to Iranian attacks through the Houthis, nor to the United States in response to the departu...

Khamenei Approved Saudi Oil Attack, U.S. Official Tells CBS News Written by  Mahmoud Hakamian  on  19 September 2019 . Last weekend's major attack on Saudi oil facilities was approved by the Iranian regime's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, but only on the condition that it be carried out in a way that made it possible to deny Iranian involvement,  a U.S. official told CBS News . Saudi Arabia on Wednesday displayed wreckage of the Iranian regime's cruise missiles and drones. The circuit boards can be reverse engineered to determine the exact route the weapons flew. But U.S. officials said the most damning evidence is still unreleased satellite photos showing the Iranian regime's Revolutionary Guards making preparations for the attack at Ahvaz Air Base in southwestern Iran. From there, the weapons flew through Kuwaiti airspace some 400 miles to their targets in Saudi Arabia. The satellite photos were of no use in stopping the attack since their significance wa...
