Iran Regime Says It Has the Capacity to Raise Uranium Enrichment Beyond 20% Written by  Amir Taghati  on  08 September 2019 . The Iranian regime said on Saturday it was now capable of raising  uranium enrichment  past the 20% level, in violation of the 2015 international nuclear deal with world powers. “We have started lifting limitations on our Research and Development imposed by the deal...It will include the development of more rapid and advanced centrifuges,” the regime's nuclear agency spokesman Behrouz Kamalvandi told a televised news conference. “The European parties to the deal should know that there is not much time left, and if there is some action to be taken (to salvage the nuclear deal), it should be done quickly.” Since May, Iran's regime has begun to scale back its commitments to the pact. The deal capped the number of centrifuge enrichment machines installed in Iran at roughly 6,000, down from around 19,000 before 2015, Reuters ...

U.S. Treasury Imposes Sanctions on Iran Regime's Oil Tanker Adrian Darya 1 Written by  Sedighe Shahrokhi  on  31 August 2019 . Sep 2, 2019 The United States on Friday imposed sanctions against an oil tanker belonging to the Iranian regime for transporting Iranian crude oil to Syria in violation of international sanctions. "The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) took action today against Adrian Darya 1, an oil tanker transporting 2.1 million barrels of Iranian crude oil ultimately benefitting Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force (IRGC-QF)," the Treasury  said in a statement  on August 30, 2019. The Adrian Darya 1’s captain, Akhilesh Kumar, was also designated as part of the U.S. action. The IRGC-QF’s highest-ranking officials have long overseen the export of Iranian oil, often masking its origin and sending it to the Syrian regime or IRGC-QF proxies across the region, the Treasury pointed out. ...

IAEA Report: Iran Regime Further Breaches 2015 Nuclear Deal Written by  Mahmoud Hakamian  on  30 August 2019 . The Iranian regime has further breached its nuclear deal with world powers, increasing its stock of enriched uranium and refining it to greater purity than allowed, a report by the United Nations atomic agency said on Friday. The quarterly report from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which is policing the 2015 deal, confirms Iran's regime is progressively backing out of the deal, Reuters reported. The Iranian regime has said it will breach the deal’s limits on its nuclear activities one by one, ratcheting up pressure on parties who still hope to save it. In July, the IAEA said Iran's regime exceeded both a 202.8-kg limit on its enriched uranium stock and its 3.67% cap on the fissile purity to which it is allowed to refine uranium. In a verbal update on July 10, the IAEA said Tehran was enriching uranium to 4.5% purity and had stockpile...

Secretary Pompeo Urges UN to Renew Arms Embargo on Iran's Regime Written by Hosseini Abedini on  21 August 2019 . United States Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has warned against ending an arms embargo on Iran's regime, likening every day until the deal's October 2020 expiration as a "#CountdownToTerror." The push to extend the ban on weapons sales to Tehran comes amid increasing efforts by Washington to restrict the Iranian regime's oil exports, CNN reported. Since the decision by U.S. President Donald Trump in 2018 to abandon the Iran nuclear deal, Washington has attempted to use what it calls "maximum pressure" to change the regime's behavior and limit its nuclear ambitions. "Time is drawing short to continue this activity of restricting Iran's capacity to foment its terror regime. The international community will have plenty of time to see how long it has until Iran is unshackled to create new turmoil, and figure out what ...

Second Iranian Oil Tanker Headed to Syria: Sources Written by  Amir Taghati  on  21 August 2019 . A new tanker filled with Iranian oil is on its way to Syria in a violation of current U.S. sanctions, Western intelligence sources have told Fox News. The Bonita Queen loaded 600,000 barrels of crude oil on August 2 near the Iranian coast at Kharg Island. Shortly after, the tanker was de-flagged by the country of St. Kitts and Nevis, fearing retaliatory U.S. sanctions. The vessel is now headed to Dubai, where it will refuel before beginning a months-long journey around the horn of Africa, through the Mediterranean and to the shores of Syria, Fox News reported on Tuesday. Sources told Fox News the ship plans to meet two Syrian owned oil tankers in the Mediterranean later this year and conduct a ship-to-ship transfer of the crude oil. This transfer would be an additional violation of American sanctions since the U.S. Treasury Department already sanctioned the ...
