Kurdish porters  ( kulbars ) continue to be killed and injured by regime agents  Aug 14, 2019  The Iranian regime has been targeting religious and ethnic minorities for many years. It has been reported that in the past few weeks, a number of Kurdish porters have been killed or injured by regime agents. Sources concerned with human rights have said that porters have been fired at by agents of the notorious Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). A number of porters have been killed and dozens have been injured. Reports say that state security forces killed a young man identified as Reza Ebrahimi. Another porter was injured in the same incident. On another occasion, border patrol agents in the city of Sardasht in the western part of the country shot and injured a young porter. The Iranian regime has executed two members of the Ahvazi Arab minority population who were opponents of the regime. Abdullah Karmollah Chab and Ghassem Abdullah, from Iran’s Ahvazi Arab minority, were executed in the Fajr prison in the south-western city of Dezful, according to state media. They were executed on Sunday, August 4, 2019, following months of torture during which both were forced to make false confessions. The official IRNA news agency said Sunday the two men were convicted of “enmity against God”  (moharebeh) in connection with an armed attack in October 2015, which left two people dead. The men, however, had denied any involvement in the attack.
