Iran’s regime is becoming ever more brazen in its foreign policy, with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) recently attacking commercial vessels in the Gulf, and seizing others,  including a British tanker , launching  missiles against  Saudi oil infrastructure  and pursuing aggressive policies in Syria, Iraq, and Yemen,  writes  former United States Ambassador Kenneth Blackwell .
