With the arrest of two men accused of spying in the United States for the Iranian regime, the issue of regime terrorism has ended!

On a wiretap, Ghorbani, a California resident, is heard singling out an opposing figure for assassination. “M––F needs one, one shot,” he said.

This suggests that the Iranian regime has not only not stopped its terrorist acts during the years of the nuclear negotiations, but has been engaged in deploying dormitory terrorist teams and cells in different countries and even in the United States during the same years.

Ms. Maryam Rajavi, 16 years ago, said: "The terrorist threats to this bleeding regime are even more dangerous than the nuclear threat of this regime."

"An Iranian man charged in D.C. with conspiracy and other offenses was so incensed by a U.S. senator who participated in a New York rally against the Tehran regime last fall that he suggested to his alleged co-conspirator that the “motherf—er” needs to be shot, according to documents unsealed on Monday. "

Are the words above taken from a crime novel? If you think so! You are hard on the wrong
These are the "confidential" documents of the FBI investigations published by the US Justice Department, but what's the matter?

The Justice Department has charged two Iranians with spying on Jewish and opposition groups in the U.S., and the court documents suggest Tehran’s hard-line Islamic regime is hunting for bombing and assassination targets.

Majid Ghorbani and Ahmadreza Mohammadi-Doostdar stand accused of having collected data for the regime relating to Jewish organizations in Chicago and U.S.-based members of the exiled Iranian opposition group, Mujahideen-e Khalq (MEK).

Ahmadreza Mohammadi-Doostdar

Security and Anti-Terrorism Committee National Council of Resistance of Iran
issued an announcement on August 21, 2018, according to this issued
As the nationwide protests by the Iranian people continue to grow, so have the missions of these two agents. One of them, Ghorbani, travelled to Iran for 20 days, from March 27 until April 17, 2018, "in order to brief ... the Government of Iran about information he has collected on the MEK." Upon returning to the US, he had new instructions such as gaining "more influence in order to find out secret information, people in the network and organization's decisions against Islamic Republic."

The arrests come as tensions between Tehran and Washington ramp up amid sanctions and calls by American officials to apply more pressure on the Iranian regime to “change its behavior” since the US pulled out of the Iran nuclear deal earlier this year.

Also, we can read in another part of Patrick Goodenough article :

‘One of those mother f—ing Jews’
Among the information Doostdar collected and sought to take back to Iran, the documents say, were photographs taken by Ghorbani at a “Free Iran” event near U.N. headquarters last September, where he had “conducted physical surveillance and photographed individuals participating in the rally.”
During a subsequent conversation in a car in California – monitored by “court-authorized electronic surveillance,” according to the affidavit – Ghorbani told Doostdar about the event and referred to a senator who had given a speech.
He charged that the senator is “working for Mossad now” and also getting paid for working “for these people” – possibly a reference to the anti-Iran regime activists who organized the rally.
“He is one of those mother f—ing Jews … I swear, motherf—er needs one-one shot,” the document quotes Ghorbani as saying.
“Doostdar laughed throughout this exchange.”
The senator was not identified, but former Democratic Sen. Joe Lieberman addressed the “Free Iran” rally in New York on September 21, organized to protest the presence at the U.N. of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani. Other speakers included John Bolton – now White House National Security Advisor – and Rep. Eliot Engel (D-N.Y.).

This California man pleaded not guilty to acting as a covert agent of the government of Iran and was ordered detained Tuesday by a U.S. judge on charges of secretly monitoring a Jewish center in Chicago and American members of an exiled Iranian opposition group.

U.S. Magistrate Michael Harvey of the District of Columbia said the case as alleged bore "hallmarks of state action,' and held Majid Ghorbani, 59, until trial.

Doostdar is set to appear in federal court Wednesday in Chicago.

Although the men are not charged with espionage, prosecutors told the court they intend to use information obtained under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which allows collection of electronic communications overseas. Ghorbani's home and Doostdar's luggage were searched surreptitiously, and U.S. authorities recorded conversations the men conducted on pay phones and in their vehicles.

The Justice Department said that Doostdar conducted surveillance of the Rohr Chabad House - an ultraorthodox Jewish facility in Chicago – and photographed its security features.

The Justice Department said that this evidence was found in Ghorbani’s luggage at a US airport as he was returning to Iran in December 2017.

Doostdar employed intelligence tradecraft and ran surveillance detection routes before, during and after his meetings with Ghorbani,” the FBI said.

Doostdar entered the U.S. again in December. Immigration officials discovered $6,000 in cash, which he claimed was money to repay a brother. He denied meeting with anyone on his previous U.S. visit.

He traveled again to Costa Mesa. A wiretap captured a phone call to Ghorbani during which Doostdaridentified himself as “Uncle Sohrab.”

The FBI listened to their car ride as Ghorbani delivered a briefing on his New York trip.

“I took some pictures and collected some information of them and some senators that they worked with,” he said.

Doostdar instructed him on how to mix his photos with family pictures in a flash drive to avoid arousing suspicions of customs agents at airports. “I notice they don’t search these at all. I put it right in front of them. They didn’t even open it,” he said.

He said he would take the photos back to Iran.

“I will give it to the guys to do their research,” he said.

When  Doostdar left the U.S. in December, authorities inspected his checked luggage and found the rally photographs. The FBI affidavit said he ultimately provided the drive to the Iranian government.

Ghorbani left the U.S. for Iran in March and returned a month later. A luggage search showed he had instructions on future MEK spying.

By then, Ghorbani had infiltrated MEK associates as a supposed ally. He was invited to attend a convention in Washington in May. FBI surveillance showed Ghorbani constantly taking photographs of attendees.

Doostdar returned to the U.S. in July, this time with $16,000 in cash.

In a statement Tuesday, the National Council of Resistance of Iran, a Paris-based group linked to the MEK and two of whose members were allegedly targeted by the operation, called the defendants Iranian Intelligence Ministry agents. The group likened the case to those of two people arrested and charged with plotting to bomb a MEK rally in France in July and two others accused of terrorism against the group in Albania in March.

Another part of NCRI issued :
"The discovery and neutralization of the regime's espionage and terrorist plot in the US follows the foiling of two major terrorist plots against the PMOI and the Iranian Resistance in Albania (March 2018) and France (June 2018). It once again makes clear that the religious fascism ruling Iran, on its deathbed, sees no solution other than suppressing the Iranian people's uprising and assassinating members of the PMOI.

The NCRI's Security and Anti-Terrorism Committee on April 20, 2018 in a statement said: "There have been numerous cases of suspect acts of shadowing people and surveillance near the NCRI office in Washington by individuals of various nationalities, which point to serious terrorist threats. The police and relevant officials are informed of these threats."
The Iranian Resistance once again reiterates the need to prosecute and expel all the regime's Intelligence Ministry and Quds Force agents and all known and undercover agents and mercenaries who pursue the regime's plots in the US and Europe. These agents and mercenaries had used the prevalent appeasement policy of previous years to establish various covers and titles in the US and Europe and thereby pursue the regime's sinister plots

In an hour-long hearing in federal court, Assistant U.S. Attorney Erik Kenerson said that Ghorbani posed a serious risk of flight and that his charges carried a statutory maximum of 35 years in prison if run consecutively.
"The [U.S.] government cannot stop him from going into a consulate, embassy or the Iranian interests section" of the Pakistani Embassy in Washington, nor from obtaining a new Iranian passport and leaving the country, Kenerson said.
"There's no force field that prevents him from doing anything," he added, including continuing to put at risk "U.S. citizens on American soil for exercising their constitutional rights."
According to charging documents, Doostdar entered the United States in about July 2017, allegedly to gather intelligence about targets considered enemies of the Tehran government, and made contact with Ghorbani.
On the other hand, at the same time as the announcement of the arrest of Iranian regime agents in the United States, a press conference in Germany was held by the National Council of Resistance of Iran, and new documents were revealed about the regime's terrorist intentions.
This suggests that the Iranian regime has not only not stopped its terrorist acts during the years of the nuclear negotiations, but has been engaged in deploying dormitory terrorist teams and cells in different countries and even in the United States during the same years.

The FBI said Ghorbani named two Washington, D.C.-based men he surveilled, Alireza Jafarzadeh, deputy director of the NCRI's Washington office and a MEK spokesman, and Ali Safavi, president of the Near East Policy Research consulting firm in Washington.

While Ghorbani attended a MEK rally in New York in September 2017, which was held to protest the Iranian Regime, and photographed the participants. These photographs, along with handwritten notes about the participants, were passed onto Doostdar, for which Ghorbani was paid about $2,000.
In May, Ghorbani attended the MEK-affiliated Iran Freedom Convention for Human Rights in Washington, where he again photographed speakers and attendees. The Justice Department said that Ghorbani last spoke to Doostdar to discuss how to secretly deliver the information to the Iranian mullahs.

“The policy of appeasement has so emboldened the clerical regime that it has directly targeted the U.S. soil with its Iranian agents, something unprecedented in the past 40 years,” said Ali Safavi, an opposition official based in Washington. “For this reason, all of Tehran’s known and undercover agents and mercenaries who pursue the regime’s plots in the U.S. must be identified and prosecuted.”

Mr. Safavi attended the New York rally. His name is mentioned by Ghorbani as an assassination target.

Said Assistant Attorney General John Demers, “Doostdar and Ghorbani are alleged to have acted on behalf of Iran, including by conducting surveillance of political opponents and engaging in other activities that could put Americans at risk. With their arrest and these charges, we are seeking to hold the defendants accountable.”.
This is a simplification that the lawyer of this person (Majid Ghorbani) said because he has been living in the United States for twenty years so he will be released on bail before the trial!
Incidentally, twenty years ago, this person was acting as a sleeping cell in the United States, and his colleague, who was his role as an interlocutor and financial provider, actually played the role of supporting this team for several specific assassinations.

Other spying plots

Of course, this is far from the first time that the Iranian Regime has been found spying on Iranian dissidents in the West. Earlier this year, there were numerous reports of the Regime using malware-infected apps to spy on messages between Iranian dissidents and their families in Iran, during a time of great chaos in the country, or trying to entrap foreign journalists in a London café.
In early August, an Iranian diplomat was accused of running a web of spies across Europe with the aims of targeting opposition groups, carrying out targeted assassinations, and even boosting Iran’s missile arsenal.

This diplomat is Asdollah Assadi, who is currently being held on terror charges in Germany, after attempting to bomb the MEK’s Free Iran gathering on June 30 in Paris. The Vienna-based diplomat hired three mercenaries to carry out the bombing.
What is the cause of all these issues!
Is the Iranian regime crazy? At a time when it is in the worst political situation internally and internationally! Why are terrorist teams activated by this regime?
The answer is simple: the regime needs to produce a bigger crisis to get out of the crisis of the above-mentioned crises! Maybe you look in amazement but it's true.
To understand the subject of an example, you are caught in a place surrounded by several creditors.
What is the best thing to do for temporary escape?
Only by creating a blow and chaos that will involve all of it, even more than all, everyone accused you of causing chaos, but in that middle, you could get out of the scene for a while.
Yes, this is the current state of the mullahs at the end of the road to overthrow and the regime itself is better off than anyone in its own ruin, for this reason, terrorist teams and dormant sleeping cells are arrested one after the other.

result:

  1. The symptoms of the overthrow of this diet are full-length
  2. This regime will do everything to save itself from a definite fall
  3. In order to curb this regime, the policy of decisiveness must be applied more than ever
  4. If European governments want to prevent any incident in their countries, they should stop appeasing with this regime,
  5. An old saying goes: tears of the roast increase the flame of fire
  6. What security services have been in Europe, and FBI in the United States indicates a necessary change to the mullahs' security policies that should have been in place since many years ago.

Ms. Maryam Rajavi in her one message, said: "The terrorist threats to this bleeding regime are even more dangerous than the nuclear threat of this regime."

And today the world acknowledges this
