Iran, Aug. 2, 2019 - As the U.S.-imposed sanctions on the criminal regime of the mullahs ruling Iran set in, and more and more of the regime’s officials are swept into the sanctions’ list, pressure on the regime mounts and voices from inside the government get louder in defying the regime’s destructive and malign policies in the region.
One Iran Majlis (parliament) member voiced the concern of the dire economic situation in the country.
“Without hesitation, I must say that the people are dissatisfied of us and very concerned. This discontent does not realize who is left and who is right and ignores both the reformists and the principalists altogether. We are all in the same boat and unfortunately, everyone is punching one more nail to the bottom of this boat, driving it to its demise,” said Gholamreza Tajgardoon, a Majlis member from Gachsaran.
Tajgardoon also acknowledged the people’s hatred and dismay of this regime. “Our steps unintentionally makes the general concern toward us evolve into all-out hatred. People’s hatred toward us means crossing and losing everything we have built,” he added.
“Skyrocketing inflation is putting its weight on the back of the public and suddenly turns all of us into thieves. Robbing others don’t recognize left or right. We all try to place the blame on another, claiming our adversary is the thief.”
