Our Mission: 'Freedom, Democracy and Human Rights for Iran' By Mrs. Maryam Rajavi  - Tuesday, July 9, 2019 Yes, we do not want anything more than freedom and human rights, which will of course also open the way for us toward development and justice. This will ensure peace and security in  Iran  and the Middle East; an Iran free of religious fascism, a non-nuclear  Iran  and an  Iran  without terrorism and belligerence. The religious dictatorship is a paper tiger when it comes to facing off with the Iranian Resistance. And its fate is no different from the fate of the Shah’s dictatorship. This is the verdict of history and the yearning of the people of  Iran . Our Pledge: ‘To resist and fight until victory’ Excerpts from the video message of Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of  Iran  at the March in Solidarity with the Uprising and the Iranian Resistance for Regime Ch...

The Godfather of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's thirty-year reign at the helm of Iran reveals a dual Machiavellian modus-operandi as a supreme leader—puppeteer for the elected and patron for the unelected—and explains the current power dynamic in Tehran. by  Jason Brodsky Amid Iran’s tantrums over the Trump administration’s maximum pressure campaign, a consequential anniversary which marked three decades since Ali Khamenei’s ascension to the supreme leader has gone largely unnoticed. After Sultan Qaboos bin Said al Said of Oman, Ayatollah Khamenei is the second-longest serving head of state in the Middle East and, according to one recent estimate, ranks fifth in the longevity of current non-monarchical world leaders. His thirty-year reign at the helm of Iran reveals a dual Machiavellian modus-operandi as a supreme leader—puppeteer for the elected and patron for the unelected—and explains the current power dynamic in Te...

(Photo by Karim Jaafar/AFP/Getty Images) (CNSNews.com) – Ahead of President Trump’s meeting at the White House Tuesday with the emir of Qatar, conservatives and others are urging the president to raise concerns about the purported U.S. ally’s support for terrorist and radical groups, violation of trade agreements, and other troubling behavior. The Anti-Defamation League, highlighting the sheikhdom’s poor record on intolerance and incitement to hatred, especially targeting Jews, called on all U.S. officials meeting with Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad al-Thani to raise those issues. Qatar’s support for Iran – breaking regional solidarity – is also an issue some hope Trump will raise with the visitor. Former Sen. Joe Lieberman, chairman of the advocacy group United Against a Nuclear Iran, told th...
