Iranian oil exports in July dropped to as low as 100,000 barrels per day, according to Reuters. This is about five percent of the regime’s pre-sanctions exports. He also admitted that the 2018-19 budget was calculated based on oil sales of 1.5 million barrels per day, and the 2017-18 budget was calculated based on exports of 2.7 million barrels a day.
