Iran Regime Says It Has Enriched 24 Tons of Uranium in Defiance of Nuclear Deal Written by  Shahriar Kia  on  29 July 2019 . The head of the Iranian regime's Atomic Energy Organization says the regime has enriched 24 tons of uranium since its 2015 nuclear deal with world powers, far more than the amount permitted under the terms of the pact. The remarks to lawmakers by Ali Akbar Salehi were given blanket coverage by state-run and semi-official media, which cited conservative lawmakers present at the closed-door meeting. The 2015 nuclear accord, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), included a stockpile limit of 300 kilograms. Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) head Ali Akbar Salehi was quoted by state TV on Sunday as saying Iran's regime "did not enrich 300 kilograms of uranium, but enriched 24 (metric) tons of uranium," or what is 24,000 kilograms (nearly 53,000 pounds.). New Report on Women's Rights in Iran Written by  Mansoureh Galestan  on  30 July 2019 . The Women’s Committee of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) has published a new report looking in women’s rights in Iran, specifically the clerical regime’s violations of those rights and the brave activists fighting for those rights. The report,  entitled  “A Glance At Women’s Rights In Iran Under The Mullahs’ Rule”, was published earlier this month and looks into the rights of women across all sectors in Iran. The Women’s Committee said that a reliable measure for freedom in any society is to look at the situation of women, explaining that the initial crackdown on women’s rights by regime founder Ruhollah Khomeini was a “prelude to absolute suppression of everyone’s rights and freedoms in Iran”. This discrimination against women began in the mullah’s Constitution and soon made its way into all penal and civil codes, which meant that women were “...

Political Prisoner’s Open Letter About Iran’s 1988 Massacre Written by  Hamideh Taati  on  30 July 2019 . Iranian political prisoner Maryam Akbari Monfared has written an open letter on the 1988 anniversary of the massacre of political prisoners in Iran, criticising the West for their silence on the matter, noting that those responsible still hold positions of power in the Regime, and asserting that those two things are connected. She wrote: “Anyone who [remains] silent and fails to speak out against injustices [or] decides to pursue appeasement [betrays] human cognizance and freedom of choice. This destroys the gem that exists in all human beings and distinguishes human beings from all other living creatures. Your concealing of this crime, remaining silent about it, and encouraging the masterminds and perpetrators of the massacre of Iran’s valiant children, have emboldened the religious fascism in suppression and warmongering.” Akbari Monfared, who is being h...

Iran Lies About Resistance Leader’s Alleged Trip To Israel

Iran Lies About Resistance Leader’s Alleged Trip To Israel by  Hassan Mahmoudi July 29, 2019 A lie is an assertion that is believed to be false, typically used to deceive someone. A  big lie  is one which attempts to trick the victim into believing something major which will likely be contradicted by some information the victim already possesses, or by their common sense. When the lie is of sufficient magnitude it may succeed, due to the victim’s reluctance to believe that an untruth on such a grand scale would indeed be concocted A big lie is a propaganda technique and logical trick(fallacy); the expression was coined by Adolf Hitler when he dictated his 1925 book “Mein Kampf”, about the use of a lie so “colossal” that no one would believe that someone “could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously,” Hitler believed. The Iranian clergy gets in a lot of trouble by making false claims and fake news. President Donald T...

Senior regime official defends 1988 Massacre of Political Prisoners in Iran Mostafa Pourmohammadi, former judiciary minister in the cabinet of Hassan Rouhani, President of the mullahs’ regime in Iran, blatantly defended the mass execution of political prisoners in 1988. When asked by the state-run Mosalas Magazine about the 1988 mass executions and the “slander” directed at the regime for the massacre,  Mostafa Pourmohammadi , who was pivotal in the executions in Tehran, said that the regime was “at war” and no one should expect it to follow “legal procedures and consider citizen’s and human rights” at a time of war. He called the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran ( MEK ), whose supporters and members were the main victims of the mass executions, “the worst kind of enemy”. “They have destructed our image in the whole world. In the past 40 years, nothing has happened against us that the Monafeghin (a derogatory term used for the MEK) did not play a direct role i...
