Known for its practice of blackmailing the international community, the mullahs have a dire necessity to export crises. Recent examples include  attacking oil tankers  in regional waters and the cruise missile/drone attack against Saudi Arabia’s Aramco oil facilities. Iran's regime is stepping up its preparations for war at its sprawling underground missile bases hidden beneath five layers of concrete,  Britain's Daily Star reports . The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI)  provided the Daily Star with previously unseen images of the regime’s missile sites which are littered across Iran. Hidden bases are said to be buried beneath up to five layers of concrete to fend off bomb blasts and missile strikes, Daily Star Online revealed. MEK: IRAN’S QODS FORCE INFILTRATES IRAQ 13 October 2019 The Kuwaiti daily Al-Seyassah reported on 11 October that the heads of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Qods Force are pursuing the affairs of the militias connected to the IRGC in Iraq. Referring to a report published by the  People’s Mojahedin of Iran (MEK, PMOI)  from inside Iran, the daily reported: Reports from inside Iran’s organizations showed that the Iranian embassy and consulates in Iraq, including Baghdad, Basra, Najaf, and Karbala are under the control of the Qods Force, which eases the duties of those stationed in these positions to meddle in a large scale in Iraq’s affairs, and these people had a key role in suppressing the recent uprising. Humanitarian conditions worsening in Iran’s prisons Harsh condition of prisons in Iran Iran, October 12, 2019 —Reports coming from inside Iran pertain to mounting pressure against Iranian prisoners and worsening humanitarian and human rights conditions inside Iran's prisons. In recent months, the regime has resorted to various measures to cause fear in society and dissuade people from joining protests that are ongoing in different parts of Iran. These measures coincide with the appointment of Ebrahim Raisi as the regime’s chief of the judiciary. Raisi was one of the key figures in the  1988 massacre of 30,000 political prisoners , most of them members and supporters of the prominent Iranian opposition movement the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran ( PMOI/MEK ).
