Trump told reporters in the Oval Office on Wednesday that Iran is in “total turmoil” and “now they are just worrying about their own survival as a country.” The president spoke during a meeting with Kuwait’s emir, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, echoing comments in a Bloomberg interview last week saying the Iranian regime may collapse because of his administration’s policies. “When I came into here, it was a question of when would they take over the Middle East,” Trump said Thursday of Iran in the Bloomberg interview. “Now it’s a question of will they survive. It’s a big difference in one and a half years.” Trump -- encouraged by Iran’s regional foes -- pu...

The Baghdad Post.com,  06 September 2018 -  Commander of the Iranian Quds Force Qasim Soleimani runs a political operations room inside Baghdad, which includes politicians loyal to Iran, Haidar al-Mulla, a leader of the National Coalition said on Thursday. He added that Soleimani blackmails the politicians to join the Building coalition led by former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and Badr militia leader Hadi al-Amiri. Mulla said that the headquarters of the operating room is in the Karrada area near the quarters of other  Shiite  parties. IRANIAN TERRORISTS ARE TARGETING OPPONENTS ON AMERICAN SOIL

Image
This article is first published in  dailycaller.com by Shahram Ahmadi Nasab Emran  U.S. authorities recently indicted two individuals for acting on behalf of the Iranian regime and collecting intelligence information about the main Iranian opposition  Mujahedin-e-Khalq  (MEK). The MEK, long supported by members of Congress, a stellar list of former U.S. officials, western parliamentarians and international rights activists, is engaged in a decades-long struggle for the establishment of a secular, democratic and non-nuclear representative government in Iran. It is the first time that the mullahs are brazenly pursuing intelligence operations with the ultimate goal of identifying and assassinating opponents in the United States. But why now? As popular uprisings in Iran reach critical mass, Tehran finds itself in a do-or-die situation and wants to desperately survive by attacking its most serious alternative. The MEK has been identified as an existentia...

Will the Iranian regime survive people pressure, differences among officials?

Image
By  Hamid Bahrami   5 September 2018 In an  article for Al Arabiya  in August, I explained that Iran stands on the brink of a revolution. I highlighted two realities in the country to justify this conclusion. Firstly, the people of Iran are no longer able nor willing to live under the status quo and repression. Secondly, the ruling system, riddled with corruption, can no longer deceive people because of the growing domestic conflicts among the political establishment and is unable to reinstate the atmosphere of fear by its security organs because of losing ideological leverage. The removal and installation of several top officials last month with reports of President Rouhani facing serious challenges from within the theocratic establishment provide further proof of a deep split at the top of the ruling system. These moves to solidify ranks also testify to the fact that the theocracy is dealing with people who want to get rid of the regime. ANALYSIS:...

Phoenix Today

Image
I have always been fascinated by the mythical creature, the Phoenix. In Iran and Greek mythology, the Phoenix is a long-lived bird that cyclically regenerates or is otherwise born again. It is associated with the Sun, a phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor. According to some sources, the phoenix dies in a show of flames and combustion. Job even speaks of this creature in the Bible: Then I thought, ‘I shall die in my nest, and I shall multiply my days like the Phoenix. Job 29:18 (NRSV) Other translations use sand in place of the Phoenix. No matter the translation or what books I read, we all can find a strength within ourselves. This thing called life is never easy. I may fall. I stumble, but God gives me the strength to get back up and rise from the ashes. The example of this Phoenix in Iran is the Mojahedin organization that has grown and reborn many times from ashes and each time sacrificing itself for the fate of the Iranian people...

Image
Iran’s Revolutionary Guards have control over many airlines Analysis by PMOI/MEK Iran, Sept. 5, 2018  -  Based on obtained flight data, the Iranian regime is using unconventional air corridors over northern Lebanon not used by normal flights. The media providing this information is citing Western intelligence sources reporting the Iranian regime has found new paths to provide arms to the Lebanese Hezbollah, a U.S. and EU designated terrorist entity. The Iranian regime is using methods very similar to the ones it's providing for militias in Iraq and the Assad regime in Syria by using passenger planes to smuggle arms and other military equipment to the Lebanese Hezbollah. Two special flights, belonging to the Qeshm Fars Air, from Tehran to the Beirut International Airport, have been registered in the past two months alone. The first flight, on July 9 th , was conducted by a Boeing 747 taking off from an airbase in Tehran and stopping for a short period in Dama...

Trump to chair U.N. Security Council meeting on Iran’s “violations of international law”

Image
by  Nikoo Amini U.S. President Donald Trump will chair a U.N Security Council meeting for September 26 on Iran to spotlight its “violations of international law” during the annual meeting of world leaders in New York, U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley said on Tuesday.  Trump is seeking an opportunity to openly discuss what the U.S. calls Iran’s “ violations of international law ” and its regional policies, from Lebanon to Syria and Yemen. In truth, at the present time, especially after Iran’s nuclear deal failure, the Iranian regime in its entirety is invested in its extensive  meddling  in the Middle East. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) plays the leading role in fueling major wars in the Middle East, including the current wars in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and Lebanon. The IRGC started its strategy of meddling in the region in 1990, following the establishment of the Quds Force.  The regime’s inner circles describe th...

One  Human Rights  organization summed it up as ‘one execution every day.’ The  No to execution and prison organization  reminds that Iran holds the highest number of executions. It’s located in the city of Karaj approximately 20 km west of Tehran.  Since yesterday ten Rajaishahr prisoners on the death row ...

Man Sets Himself Ablaze, Rial Keeps Dropping

Image
by Jolie Kavar Man sets himself ablaze this morning in Tehran outside the Town Hall. It is possible the mid-aged man set himself ablaze due to the US dollar selling at 130,800  Rial . The economic crisis is out of hand by President Rouhani’s Cabinet. He has received top official’s blows since last week and was pressured in Majlis. The Iranian rial is scraping off its ever lowest to the dollar leaving two-thirds of the population under poverty margin. The self-immolation of this man, who is now close to death, is a result of a 40 year long corrupt regime. A short video and picture were wired on Iranian social media an hour ago. Iran’s state-run media have also reported the incident. Other unrest in society since May has been the nationwide truck drivers’ strike.  The Iranians are unhappy about daily high prices and unstable markets. More recently, these Bassij patrols have been dubbed as the Razavioun network,” he said to the regime’s media.
